No-Refund Policy

Euler Labs Private Limited operates a strict no-refund policy for our Secret Santa platform. This policy exists because:

1. All funds received are immediately allocated to gift purchasing
2. Participants are matched based on their contributions
3. The platform operates on a zero-commission model

Important Notes

• All sales are final once payment is processed
• Payments cannot be reversed after matching occurs
• Cancellations are not possible after payment
• Gift preferences can be updated before matching

Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are:

• Technical errors in payment processing
• Platform failure to initiate the gift exchange
• Legal requirements for refund
